Review: Magic Woman by Bruno Banani
I've been using Magic Woman by Bruno Banani for about 4 months now so I think I know the fragrance well enough to be able to do a review on it.
The notes
Top note: Tiger melon, red current, violet and passionfruit
The heart: Champagne, water lily, strawberries
The base: Musk, sandal wood, patschuli
What I smell
I can definitely smell the passionfruit and the current when I first spray Magic Woman onto my skin. The heart appears maybe after 10-20 minutes and all I can spell from it is the champagne (and a hint of Strawberry) which makes the fragrance spell like a cocktail. Unfortunately the fragrance dissappears before I can smell the base. There's a hint of musk in there, but nothing more. The scent stays on for about 3-4 hours (Eau de Toilette). It basically smells like a summer fruit cocktail.
Who, when, where?
I think I'm too young for this fragrance, I suppose a sweeter smell is more suitable for moi. So I think a woman in her 30s could wear this. Because it is fruity and smells like a drink, I think it should be worn during spring/summer. It's very light and not overpowering in any way (if you spray it onto the right spots). I think it could work in the office because I've been wearing it to work and haven't had any complaints. (At least, what I know of).
My final thoughts
I made the mistake once to spray the fragrance onto my chest so I could smell it all day long, and THAT was overpowering for me and it gave me a migraine. After that incident, I haven't felt like wearing it, allthough I never got attached to it. I don't like Magic Woman that much, but I don't hate it, if that makes sense? I'm too young for it, and I never found it seductive as the description said.
Complementaries
I also had the shower gel and the lotion. The shower gel was used up like that *snapping my fingers* and the lotion was so overwhelming that I had to dilute it. I put 50 % of the fragrance lotion into an empty jar and then put 50 % of a fragrance-free lotion and mixed them together. And ta-da! I had the perfect smelling lotion that lasted ALL DAY LONG! The fragrance was accually better with the lotion, so if you're intrested in Magic Woman you should get the lotion too.

Day Care Center
Ibland fungerar ödet på ett udda sätt. Igår var en grå och tråkig dag, men den skapade förväntningar när jag blev tillfrågat att vikariera på ett dagis idag. Eftersom jag inte har något bättre för mig (förutom körkort och jobbchoach) och pga min tomma plånbok så tackade jag självklart ja.
När jag klev in i rummet där barnen satt så fick jag först kontakt med en jättesöt flicka som satt och tittade på mig. Hon började prata (på sitt obegripliga bebisspråk) och sedan sträckte hon ut armarna för att visa att hon ville att jag skulle bära henne. Resten av dagen så hade jag henne antingen dragande i ett av mina 10 fingrar eller ropande efter mig.
Barn, säger jag bara, barn <3
På fredag ska jag sitta barnvakt till ett barn jag känner mycket väl, nämligen min bror dotter som även är min guddotter.
Grey day
I'm sitting here alone up in my room (yes I just quoted Britney Spears). I feel that today will be a day that will go to waste: that is, me not doing anything productive...But when I think about it, I really need to clean my room, and do my job searching "homework", and I will do everything in my power to do those things...after lunch.
